In our 2nd annual issue of Southern New England Weddings: Destination Edition, we featured a two-page fitness spread on Ultimate Bootcamp and founder Jill Tomich. After chatting calorie burn, (healthy!) weight loss and debunking workout myths, we’ve become a big fan of Tomich and the work she does, especially that tailored to our brides and their parties.
As women, we’re naturally anxious about our bodies — too big, too small, too wide, too flat — and that anxiety can occur twofold around wedding season. There are few more times in our lives that we’ll want to look and feel as good as we do on our wedding day, and if you’ve gone through the experience, or are currently in the midst of it, you’ll agree that supportive and group workouts make us that much more efficient and dare I say, makes a workout “fun”?!
On Saturday, March 30th, Ultimate Bootcamp is teaming up with the Boston Marriott Long Wharf to create a special workout event for brides. The “Ultimate Bridal Bootcamp & Breakfast” is a kick-butt workout for brides, bridesmaids and their friends to tone those dress-trouble areas, and is followed by a light breakfast prepared by the Marriott’s chef. Sounds like a win-win to us!

Where: Boston Marriott Long Wharf, Harbor View Ballroom, 296 State Street, Boston
