Wedding Inspiration from the Golden Age

Looking for some wedding inspiration from the days of old? Look no further than the picturesque Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, RI. Not only are they one of the prettiest venues for an outdoor affair in Southern New England, but they also hold some amazing historical artifacts of the famed Van Wickle family, who owned the property as their summer home. The “A Wedding To Remember” exhibit is currently on display at the mansion and features heirlooms from Bessie and Augustus Van Wickle’s wedding, including Bessie’s 1882 wedding dress, gifts, and trousseau. Now that’s a vintage affair!
