Here is the second installment in our “The Five C’s of Catered Cuisine” blog series. Last week we brought you coastal; this week we’re all about cool and contemporary thanks to the creative masterminds at Connecticut-based caterer Forks & Fingers Catering by Design. The Forks & Fingers team created the following sample wedding menu, complete with desserts and a fun signature cocktail. Fair warning: eat first, or you will after.
