The Five C's of Catered Cuisine: COASTAL by Easy Entertaining

It’s so fun blogging with the editorial content from our magazines – mostly because it allows us to show off even more photos than what appeared on paper alone! For September we’re bringing you a feature article from the 2015 Southern New England Weddings annual titled “The Five C’s of Catered Cuisine.” You’ll soon see why this article means big things for your wedding guests’ tastebuds.

For the article, we tasked southern New England’s culinary pros with creating wedding menus tailored to tried-and-true themes: contemporary, comfort, coastal, classic and creative farm-to-table. We will run each of the five C’s individually, starting off with COASTAL by Easy Entertaining. This Providence-based caterer is all about sourcing their ingredients from a nearby radius of local farmers and fishermen. Their inspired coastal-themed menu, complete with wine pairings, is below. Fair warning: you might develop a case of the rumbles.
