Inspired Ice Cubes…

Let’s face it, the key to a good bridal shower brunch lies in the refreshments.  Whether it be mimosas, bellinis or “mocktails” for the moms-to-be on the guest list, everyone likes a creative beverage presentation.  For a new and pretty twist on the staple brunch drink menu, try freezing edible flowers or fancy fruit in your ice cubes, and then use to chill a bottle of champagne or give sparkling water a little extra pizzaz.  For a more boozy libation? Champagne ice cubes would cool anything from OJ to grapefruit juice and be pretty darn tasty, too.
