June 2, 2012. Not many people take a new job and expect to find lasting love, but this happened for Anthony DeGrazio and Danielle Jones. The pair met while working at ADT Security and became close friends for a year and a half before starting to date. After two years of dating, they visited New York for a pre-holiday vacation and Anthony popped the question in front of the tree at Rockefeller Center.
While the couple resides in Greenwich, CT, they wanted to find a place that was a natural meeting point for both families to celebrate their wedding day. “Danielle is originally from Rhode Island so we wanted to get married near her home town of North Kingstown,” says Anthony. “We loved the Biltmore Hotel in Providence for its nostalgic look and once we saw the ballroom we fell in love with it. The hotel was also one of the only venues that could hold enough guests both in the ballroom as well as guests traveling from out of state as I am from New York.”
The fun-loving couple opted for a palette of light sage green and deep purple to set a festive atmosphere, and as lilies are their favorite flower, Golden Gate Studios made them the focus of the centerpiece. The couple was focused on their guests enjoying themselves, and had Sergio Michilli of DJ Serg Entertainment play almost exclusively dance music, ensuring the dance floor was packed long into the night.
