I’m definitely a stickler for quality products that will last a lifetime, especially when it comes to kitchen workhorses like pots and pans, and little by little I’ve been investing in All-Clad for my tiny apartment. I love this video from The Registry at Bloomingdale’s, which features Café Boulud Executive Chef Gavin Kaysen.

He really shows off what one great kitchen piece can do, and I’m dying to try his Cornish game hen recipe! Plus, these two cuties are a great reminder for me that even more wonderful than finding a man who can cook is finding a partner that I can cook with.  Here’s to many many years of fun in the kitchen to all you registering betrothed’s out there.
