Charlotte Sinasky and Zachary Nader

When Charlotte was a little girl she loved vacationing with her family on Cape Cod and enjoying summer concerts at the bandstand in Chatham. It was only natural that when Charlotte’s boyfriend Zac was deployed to Afghanistan, her mom sent him a picture of young Charlotte at the bandstand which she referred to as her “happy place.”

When Zac came home for leave and suggested they visit Cape Cod, Charlotte was delighted to tour Chatham and visit the bandstand. The air was perfumed with romance and the grounds resplendent with cherry blossoms, but it wasn’t until Zac suggested they visit the gazebo and knelt on one knee that she realized he was proposing.

Charlotte and Zac discussed a wedding date around the time when Zac would finish his military service, but he was unexpectedly deployed for a second time and the couple decided to tie the knot when he returned from his deployment. Although they couldn’t pinpoint the exact date Zac would return, luckily he arrived one month before the wedding, which was held at Harrington Farm in Princeton, MA.

“The room looked absolutely beautiful, like a winter wonderland,” says Traci Swenson, senior wedding planner at Harrington Farm. “The Chiavari gold chairs…added a classic accent to the navy and red color scheme. The fieldstone fireplace was adorned with birch and illuminated beauty and warmth, such a lovely spot for the ceremony.” “The ceremony was my favorite part as we wrote our own vows and it was just so special to commit our love to each other in front of everyone,” says Charlotte.

The couple enjoyed a “mini moon” in Boston and look forward to Zac returning from service so they can plan their official honeymoon.
