We at Southern New England have completely overloaded on sweets this week. We took over The Bristol Harbor Inn and invited all of our favorite bakeries to come by and drop off desserts. We photographed them… and then we ate a ton of them. As we speak, my refrigerator is packed with perfect cupcakes and sinful chocolate covered strawberries not to mention more cookies than any one person should ever have in their possession. I can’t wait to see the photographs and share them with you in the next issue. For now, this beautiful cake from Sin (who contributed one of my favorite cakes to the photo shoot) will have to tide us over. And this way, you won’t even be cheating on your wedding diet.
