Pain D’Avignon, Cape Cod’s famous bakery and gourmet bistro, is offering a four-course prix fixe menu this Valentine’s Day that will include fine wine, fondue and music by accordionist Tom Ledifenfrost. Oysters Chaudes et Froides, a duo of Dennis Bay View Farm oysters, served warm baked with leeks, bacon, Pernod & cream; and cold oysters on the half shell topped with American caviar
Fondue with gouda, emmenthal cheese and Champagne served in a boule with crudite, fingerling potatoes and Cape Cod Organic kielbasa
Whole-roasted chateaubriand rossini of sliced filet with pan-seared foie gras, toasted brioche crouton, Paris mushroom cap, potato puree and periguex sauce
Saint-Honoré filled with hint of dark chocolate ganache, raspberry jam infused with rose petals and Framboise mousse
