A Lot of Love in Boston Today…

What a Marathon Monday it was! The brave, the proud, the courageous and the strong gathered in Boston today to run the 26.2 miles that so many didn’t get to complete last year. Today, the weather was perfect, the cheers were plentiful and there was a whole lotta love to go around.

Among the happy stories to come out of the day were those filled with love and new beginnings. Two couples got engaged at the finish line, and a couple who each lost a leg last year cycled along the marathon course, finishing the race hand in hand.

There were so many inspiring stories, messages of hope and perserverance, and displays of pure heroism floating around today, and this was just one of the many images that made us feel proud to be part of the Boston community, today and everyday.

Congrats to all the runners!
